Members enjoy 24/7 access with a personal keytag and our staffed hours are:
• Monday to Thursday: 10am – 7pm
• Friday: 10am – 3pm
• Saturday: 10am – 12pm
Yes! We have experienced personal trainers who can tailor a fitness plan to suit your goals. Book a session through our PT's personal pages
You can sign up online via our website or in person at the gym. We offer flexible membership options, including weekly, biweekly, and monthly. All our plans are no-contract but require a minimum commitment of 4 weeks.
Yes, we offer two group classes: HIIT Body on Tuesdays from 6–7am, and HIIT Training on Thursdays at 12pm.
