I'm a qualified personal trainer with 3.5 years of experience in the fitness industry, and a professional chef for the past 7 years. I specialise in strength training, with most of my clients following customised online programs designed to help them achieve their goals from anywhere.
As a full-time chef and part-time personal trainer, I’ve found a unique balance between food and fitness—two areas I’m deeply passionate about. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from children as young as 5 to adults aged to 85, through both individual and group sessions, including sports team training.
Fitness has always been more than just physical for me—it plays a vital role in supporting mental well-being too. When I’m not training clients or creating in the kitchen, I’m usually outdoors camping and adventuring with my border collie.
